What we really need is few more imgrants in the country cos, acording to the PC brigade they inject money into the country


Ok soz not the best time to bring that up with people feeling bad , but maybe if we didnt have so many then the country wouldnt be heading this way.

My company is making redundancies, and guess what nationality of people are first to go

Got rid of a woman yesterday who has been there nearly 10 years, and has done most jobs and worked in most ares of the factory, infact a few months ago to "help out" she run the factory on the night shift, didnt get any extra for it at the time was just told how much it would help the company and how much it would be appreciated, fooking horse crap , now they shown how much it was appreciated ! (was offered a job on days on the line (lowest of the low) or a night role in kitting (heavy lifting role and this woman is like 50) or take the redundancy, knowing she couldnt or wouldnt take the jobs offered to her )

Rename her role and give it to a Polish woman who says she DOESNT want it, she takes that or SHE will be made redundant
