As Lee says mate....... Breakfast is essential if you want to loose weight. Its also eseential if you want to gain weight!! Its what you have in your meals throghout the day that matters.

My breakfast is 2 pints semi-skimmed milk with 5 egg whites and 2 heaped protien powder scoops. Then i have a bowl of oats.
