Breakfast: To have or not to have...
Now i know a lot of people say breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and in the past id be inclined to agree..
BUT.. Purely from a 'loosing weight' point of view is it necessary?
Heres what i find.. If i get up for work a little earlier than usual (around 7ish) to get some breakfast, i get hungry around 10ish..
Now, if i do my usual thing of getting up late and missing breakfast i still dont get really hungry till 10ish. At this point i have a coffee from Costa and a tracker type bar from my lunchbox.
So.. Is my time in a morning better spent getting grub or stopping in bed for a few vital more minutes?
