The only people that know exactly are the Building Society / Bank that are now repossessing it, AND whoever took out the mortgage and is currently getting it re possessed.
The first isn't going to tell you, the second might.
You don't always know who the Bank that's involved is, but you always know where the person about to loose the house is/ was.
