jim thats the part thats ignored,, the other building took pasting from a tower on its way down, the structure was over a subway too but reinforced,, but not taking to account a building falling ontop of it aswell

guess until theres a test of the same we will never know,,,,,, we dont even know if the building WAS safe enough in the first place
