Yes if you compare it to a t34 then i agree, but otherwise i dont.
A gt 35 is actually a pretty nice turbo, with super spool up, but it also depends on the rest of the engine and the power you want.
i have a gt35 with 1,06 exh and i get 0,1bar @ 3k and full boost @ 4500 and that is on a engine that is only made for top end power, try with a .82 exh and engine made for midrange....
