Here's a pic of Fords standard spherical bushes...the rubber you can see are just seals. I made this mistake a couple years ago, thinking they were just bushes I went and bought a polybush kit. Eventualy managed to press one out at work to find what I actualy had was these jobbies...found out just at the point where the press shoved the centre bit out the other end destroying the outer casing on its way
