hi am basically useless with anything resze wise so could you help me out please i'd like to use the picture below as my avatar on here please it needs to be 150 x 150 pixels and no bigger than 19.5 kb please, thanks in advance




edite: to say i tryed to upload it and it told me i had failed so i came in here to get it resized but it came up right anyway how strange :S
