just rung up a motor . bit of a weird one , he says its on the hpi in april as a Cat C , he got it 6 weeks ago and he wasnt told this . he checked on the hpi for some reason and it came up . so he then thought it would need a vic test . . . . . . . . . . ?? so he rung up the dvla and they said it doesnt ????

know he has the mot which is till feb next year , the tax in the window runs out at the end of july and he has the log book (havent checked whos name its in but he says it doesnt say anything about it on the log book ?)

know if i buy it , am i gonna get stitched when i try to tax it , cos it will come up as needing a VIC ??

how can he have the mot , tax and log book ??
