lose a bit of weight around my stomach i weigh around 15 stone im 6ft sometimes my weight goes up to 16.5 stone as i work offshore i eat lots and when im home i dont i go to the gym every other day i consider myself to be very fit i can treadmill it for as long as i want i do heavy weights etc but how do i lose this annoying bit around my waste its not much but its covering my six pack any diet tips
