like to put some weight on but dont want it to come on as fat if thats possible without training. want to be able to have top off and to look good, not a meat head lol and appreciate id never get to that without training but on same level dont want man boobs and tyres lol
Not allergic to any foods and dont dislike any as such, can see it coming though that i wont "like" what you advise as as far as im aware if its nice its bad lol
