The engine really wants some gentle miles, as does the turbo, but the cam guidelines tell you to run it at 3000rpm for 20 mins or something??
No gentle miles for anything! CVH cams must not be allowed to idle for the first twenty minutes.

Remember it's a machine not a bairn.
