Go to the scrappy and rip a nice section of Granada scorpio leather off, looks identical and has the slight weathered look so it won't stand out when fitted. They'll also need a strip of leather to use to make the beading if thats damaged too.

Should cost about 3 hrs labour to replace (mine was 60 quid)
