Can't remember the exact calculation but those figures sound like they would be at 25% duty cycle i.e. only running for 15 seconds then stopped for a minute, so to get a real figure it'll consume more like 16cfm if used continuously so to power it without compromise you'd be looking at a large 3 phase jobbie supplying 25cfm at least.
