1999 Gt Tdi in the rare jazz blue trim.

It has been her daily car for 3 years now and has always been reliable.

The average mpg is 52-55 mpg on the b roads to her work. on longer journeys (and when i drive it) it often shows 60-68mpg!!!!! think i even hit 70 once.

The car has been well serviced, with a dealer stamped service book to 90k. Then since ownership I have undertaken regular servicing between every 3-4k miles. The major servicing and been carried out buy a good friend who is a dealership mechanic, so only the best parts and labour have been used.

At the moment it is on a pair of 18" Oz's, but if u wish to purchase the car and supply up own wheels then i will drop £200 from the asking price.

The tyres on the car are nealy brand new, replaced in feb 2008 (approx 2000 miles)

Mileage is now showing 119k, although this is only just run in on a diesel, and is the normal milage for a 1999 diesel golf.

interior is very clean, with loads a goodies, air con, Cd soundsystem which is amazing, cupholders, sun blocker shield, arm rests, courtesy lightsand lovley special edition Gt tdi sports seats.
Considering its has done 119k, the interior is in good condition, steering wheel is a bit worn, but apart from that is ok
The airbag light is showing, i have been told but VW this is due to the seat being moved all the time (im 6'2", my wifes 5'1") and a fault code has been sent. Easily sorted with a vag-com program


body wise, the previous owner did a lot of motorway use, so it does have a few stone chips, and small scratches, but again normal for a car of this age/millage. Its not perfect show winning paint, but is very clean for a daily driver.

Engine is nice and smooth, and is good for another 100k miles. Service wise all the filters are done and the EGR valve has been overhauled. The Car will need a cam belt after the next 15k miles/ so in about a years time.
