Very good value and easy to use everyday. I sold my VII in February after nearly 2 years and 60,000kms. Was cheap to service, a lot of fun and meant I could take it to the track on a Sunday and drive to work on a Monday. Had a few mods on mine but nothing too serious. With the cossie I was listening for the noise, with this, I just drove it.

I have just bought my second one, an 8MR which is heavilly modified and again, a lot of fun. Only had it a couple of weeks so can't speak too much about day to day running.

If they are tuned well not by a hack, they are very economical, especially off boost. On boost they can be quite thirsty. Have seen some badly tuned ones and well tuned. I could get just over 500kms out of my 45litre tank on the highway.

A lot of fun, above all reliable. Don't worry about the haters. Have always loved cossies and always will but bang for the buck, there is nothing better out there at the moment IMO.
