In a funny way its the best thing that ever happened to that little one, if the leak had not started they would probably still be living in that house even now.

There are hundreds if not thousands of kids out there in similar situations, whos circumstances never get found out, and they end up as feral kids with little opportunities in life.

We adopted a 2 year old, who is now a 5 year old happy little child, and the vetting process you go through is daunting to say the least, so you can pretty much guarantee that the child in question will now be in a very much better home with a great future in front of them.
