i have some say in the hiring, and some say in the firing, but seeing as it's such a specialist job, there is bound to be a high turnover of staff
even the agency staff we use gets 2 days worth of training, and about 50% of them get told they won't make the grade about 15 minutes in on the first day
so nothing like circus school
