The profile is the aspect ratio of the tyre, so to find out the side wall height, you just multiply the width by the sidewall as a percentage, so obviously 40% of 205 is more than 40% of 215
.
Speeds would be:
1st = 40mph
2nd = 70mph
3rd = 107mph
4th = 146mph
5th = 178mph
