As Phil2002 says, you can get the supplementary technical manual from the RS2000 16v site.

Are you just interested in the technology, or perhaps a project.

There have been a few higher powered vehicles built on this drive train Turbo RS2000, Zetec Focus (can't remember if that one was turbo) and a Fiesta.

Alas, like the Vauxhall/Opel Turbo C20LET Calibra most consider the drivetrain to be too delicate for any serious tuning (though the first of the above seems to defy this). Add to that the limited number of existing or donor vehicles and a complete lack of spares from Ford.

Apart from Mitsubishi, an alternative drivetrain, from the Ford family, and with stronger design is that fitted to 2.5 & 3.0 Jaguar X type.
