Insurance premiums will reflect several factors, the historic data held from past experience with aspects of your circumstance (ie postcode, age, licence length) coupled with the average claim cost.

The average claim cost is driven by the cost of Injury, repair/replacement of vehicles or parts - which if the cost of parts escalate this will increase average claim costs over time.

Increases in Insurance premiums are still nowhere near the unrealistic hikes seen for example with energy companies (gas/electricity).

From a Greenlight perspective we are quite selective as to the customers that we Insure and due to this we have historically been able to reduce premiums at most renewals, or at the very least retain last years rate.

If you're having trouble with a hefty renewal rate, or hiked renewal elsewhere we do have decent technical vehicle knowledge, our policy cover's relevant to the performance/modified car owner and we would be happy to help in any way we can.

Kind regards
