Help please.........

I keep getting blue screen on start up - not every time, but it seems to be getting worse (mote often).......It says "predd ctrl/alt/del to restart BUT wont respond to that .....freezes......so no keyboard or mouse, only way to restart is to pull plug out..........then sometimes I get the same blue screen, sometime I dont................HELP!

On the blue screen I see this message:
