I think the best we could do is use some sort of political support to convince other African nations to say something and get involved, no money or military support as we simply couldn't afford either, but to sit back without even openly kicking up a stink is a bit wrong IMO.
The bloke is 84 anyway so hopefully he'll be gone soon, all they need to wish for then is that his legacy dies with him and nobody inherits his leadership with similar ideas on how to rule Zimbabwe.
