weld a tiny nut to the top of the rounded off bit - then use a socket to get it off.
done it so many times in the past - Mig welder is best, as the heat is instant and quick so you dont risk damaging any rubbers or anything.
theres no room to weld anything to the head bolts unfort
the only options i can think of is hammering on a bigger torx and failing that, drilling the heads off
