Foggy was more interested in winning races/championships than being popular..
We always sneer at the arrogance of foreign sporting greats...
Us Brits' seem to prefer our sportsmen to be modest, limited in talent and the 'Plucky Loser' type

that's kind of what i'm saying. you have to have a big head (which is actually just being confident in your ability) to succeed in something like that. but he doesn't seem to be a dick that often goes with it
