Its Not The Speed Its The Space Underneath The Car Compared With The Volume Of Air Entering It, If The Surface Is Angled Upwards Then The Volume Of Space Has To Increase And The Mass Of Air Stays The Same, If The Mass Stays The Same And The Volume Increases Then The Pressure Has To Be Lower??
