the easiest way i found to change them is :

1 . undo the big bolt in the middle of the plate covering the bush .

2 . undo the 2 small bolts what hold the plate up onto the car . ( have a jack under the rear beam to stop it dropping all the way down ) .

3 . get a piece of 2x2x2 square piece of wood , drop the beam down a bit , slide the wood in between the bush ( top ) and the car body .

4 . jack up the beam so the wood pushes down on the bush .

5. Using a big screwdriver inset it into the bush hole at the bottom and push the screwdriver up towards the body of the car and the bush should pop out , it will be tight .

Re fitting

1 . Put new bush with lots of copper grease around the top into the hole from the bottom of the beam .

2 . place another piece of 2x2 inbetween the beam and the body ( dont cover the hole the bush is going into) so the beam is spaced off .

3 . put a jack with the square 2x2x2 wood on top under the bush and jack the bush up into the beam .

4 . the bush should go in ( make sure it goes in square ) .

5 . put it all back together . 2 small bolts then big bolt in the middle .

Hope this helps . This is how i did mine as you dont have to remove anything only the wheel .
