Born this morning at 22 minutes past 10! Baby Jessica weighed 8lbs 4 ounces. Jen and the baby are both fine, which is more than can be said for me! I was a nervous wreck by the time she was coming out! Had to get a bit of assistance cutting the cord because I was crying like a girl... Most emotional moment of my life. Ever.

We haven't slept since Monday ish, and I'm not entirely sure what day we're on, but I know it's the 19th of June 2008.

A day I will never forget for the rest of my life.
