It wasn't sarcasm, it was fact. You're running the wrong parts on your car - there's no way it can run properly and you're wasting your money having someone mobile mechanic to come look at it. The 130PS engine runs a completely different MAF to any other Zetec engine, so that's the first thing you need to correct. The Oxygen/Lambda sensors are the same on all the engines (and most cars infact) - the fact things improved when you changed to a different one indicates the old one was fucked. Don't assume the new one is right either.
The throttle body won't make any difference to how it runs, unless one has a faulty TPS.
The only way to make this run properly is a) to put the right sensors on and b) to check each sensor individually to ensure it's operating within spec. After you can confirm that all of this is 100%, and if a problem still persists, then you have to look at things like vacuum leaks, fuel pressure, wiring faults, etc.
Do it properly, do it once!
