The RS Turbo (as with ANY turbo car) Chatters as you close the throttle. However, because the return path of the air goes through the Metering head, it loses its volume. You will hear it on most RST's to a greater or lesser degree and more so as you increase the boost. You will also hear it more with an Induction kit (however, the Standard Airbox is the best option!!)

just to be able to hear chatter is ridiculous IMO, but we would happily sell you an Omex system if you want!!
