Hate to tell you this but the reverse waterpump is actually a Ford recognised part the waterpump is not made by Ford but the engine it comes from IS sold by Ford racing parts dealers in the USA. The pump above came from the same people that supply Ford.

It don't matter what way the pump spins all it has to do is suck water through from the rad and into the engine, the pump housing is not as complex as your thinking.
