As a city its a really spectacular place , the city centre is on the up and up , just the outskirts and some of the areas are VERY VERY VERY bad , manchester seems to get the reputation of a violent gun culture , but thats only really because its blacks shooting black and racially motivated/protraid as such

Liverpool its white on white , teens shooting teens - and out of the city centre its rapidly gettin worse in the most part

As a night out tho , youll struggle to find a better night , the people are great, the bars and clubs are amazing and the Girls in liverpool , look after themselves , dress well and look stunning , plus i got a thing for a cute scouse accent on a girl
