Id not expect it to take any reasonable tuner longer than about 10 minutes to tweak the idle settings to get it through an emissions test.

Still has lambda control, what more do they need?
I think it's the same as the current MOT cat test - will find out though as I am not 100% sure - I should fall into the pre cat test
