I reckon you should find yourself a std size bore s'hand block, bore it to 91mm with new pistons and re-assemble. Obviously the replacement block will need machining for long studs but it would be cheaper and a much quicker option, depending on Marks work load you should be able to see it back on the road in 2/3 weeks.
