So glad that claire didn't win. I thought she was awful, horrible the way she spoke to that simon geezer. I had a girl like her work for me last year and it was a constant battle getting her to do what u wanted, snide comments, undermining with other staff etc.

I'd have been gutted if that nasty piece of work had won...
