Im not familiar with the rocker cover or sump in question but make sure these are either sealed when being blasted or you can get to all nooks and crannies after to clean out any shot/debris...

I trashed one bottom end due to having my sump powdercoated and the windage tray hid some small bits which the oil pump took a liking too and the shells.

On to the powder coating itself you will find that the powdercoating if applied to thick will not only heat up(expand/contract) then loosen bolts that attach the item , unless you sand back to bare materials.....

Secondly if oil comes into contact with the coating mixed with heat it will detriorate and break down.


Whatever parts are painted make sure all assocated nuts bolts etc have thread lock on them or nyloc nuts.

But dont get the underside or the inside painted......
