Hi just wondering is there anyway of reducing Turbo lag without changing the turbo,

I've Got a Fiesa RS Turbo Stage2 spec 195chip, beiges, T3 etc, apart from standard head and cam, and it seems to suffer from a lot of lag, i've been told the T3 looks to be a cossy one are these any bigger etc, the car flies on Boost but is just a real pain waiting for it all the time, saxo's beat me of the line since it either spins and its got a LSD or grips and has so much lag, turbo will reach full boost about 2600-2800 rpm and runs about 14psi, Cheers SEB,
