No, the 80 is far too late. Why would you want the fans to cool it that much? It should run a little hotter than that anyway and if it does, as it should, then the fans wont go off when your on the move. Bad situation.
Remember, your coolant is fine in the 90s temporarily. People worry too much about coolant temps.
it runs at 83 when the fans go off. This switch you sell replaces the standard item that screws into the bottom of the rad yes? Suppose its too late to get one to me tomorrow? GOing to Le Mans on thrusday where the weather is usually hot. Would be a good test
