Char1ie check my resto thread below mate ... I've just recently replaced all the perishable parts in my PAS system .

I made a lot of my hoses using good gear from hydraulic specialists (Pirtek is one).

The hose you are after was the only hose still available from Ford so I bought it and replaced mine only cause it was looking crusty (it was not leaking). The o ring will need to be replaced and are very cheap (I can find the number for you if need be) ... the hose was expensive .

I dont know about repairing the hose where your talking ... you could take it in to a hydraulic shop and I would be surprised if the couldn't come up with something to repair it ... it depends if you want it looking original or not .
