its the traffic polution / air quality that adds / starts it off,
i suffered proper bad at home, but it eases off a bit if i get out in the country side, aslong as i avoid rape seed and cut hay, been around horses alot dont help
ive tried all the legal drugs and the injections to, not much help, i just treat it as a 5 month cold
