It's not an endorsable offence to th ebest of my knowledge.

I've just got myself a German style pressed plate for the front of my Audi. I know they aren't strictly legal and the first time I get a tug I will swallow the £30 fine and put it on the wall above my PC.

I've always had legal plates since a very dodgy set on my S2 landed me in court. My own fault though so can't blame anybody but myself.
