Default WHY DO WE PAY GOLD MEMBERSHIP ?????

i think ive missed what we pay for

i pay it to keep the site going, the site is a benifit for me, i wanna beable to use one site and then get all my help, infomation, advice from the site i chose and thats why i pay

now as for a site that does all this, unless i need a car part then i am stuck to only members for parts, non members cant post things for sale, due to this i will mis on good deals

wynns cossie was a fooking good deal for the money, as he wasnt a gold member i would have know known about it so would never have seen it unless i hunted through loads of other sites to find it, that aint a benifit to me tbh

my cossie i bought was bought of a non gold member, he could post up a for sale post but i got a lot of car for very little money, again by paying 20 quid the car i was looking for wasnt on the site i help with the cost of running

how does this benifit me

if i want to buy something i wanna have as many people offering the goods as i can find so i dont miss on the deals that ya sell a pc to buy ans its soooooooooooooo good

i understand why you have to do this but it goes against what where paying for

if people dont wanna pay for the site, fine, why say they can sell things, why not just gime them and limit as to how many posts they can do per week ect

theres alot of non members who use this board alot, prob more than me, they dont pay for it even though they sue it alot

are they not the ones ya wanna be getting thew money off, not the newbies that are selling there cars as they dont wanna a old escort anymore and so are selling as they want rid cheep

a mate of mine bought a erst cabrio for 600 quid, the guy didnt want it anymore, so just put it up on a fwe websites and was advised to use this one, he couldnt sell it here so sold it on another site ( not even a ford site either )

i dont see why we do this, dont think its the right approach tbh , limits the amount of stuff we buy and also stops people from feel;ing welcome when they post a item for sale and we all jump on them saying ya gotta pay ect

rant over, what ya all think
