thanks for replying,already tried running a feed direct to the pump but just the same,even tried it by bypassing the relay with a loop but its just the same,only running on the cold start.there is pressure everywhere on the metering head(filter in,warm up regulator supply and return,cold start inj even tank return) but not at the injector points.tried putting a pressure gauge across to see if the pump was weak but it read 100psi. bits ive changed in the process (all from scapyards) are metering head,pump and warm up regulator,the filter is new. cheers matt
