yes it will fit, id advise taking the gearbox and mounts from the 2k aswell though.
basically take your engine and box out, then put in rs2k lot, you need the gearbox mounts as they are different the 2k has 3 instead of just two, or its got 4 instead of 3, cant remember which though! you could take the fusebox and put that in aswell but to be honest its only a few earth and some lives that need to be hooked up on the mk5 pre pats ecu (that is if it is pre pats) so id just use a seperate mini fuse box to run it.
but once again id preferably take the suspension off it aswell as its stiffer than the zetec stuff. oh and make sure you take the 4 branch manifold from the 2k as your zetec one will not fit. any more questions just give us a shout mate
