I torqued up to 55nm obviously with the torque wrench. Did the first 90 degree turn with a stock ratchet which is significantly smaller and they did feel bloody tight. I understand that there are 2 90 degree turns i just wandered what the final torque setting is after the 2 90 degree turns so i could check with the torque wrench to see if they already that tight.
I did grease up the bolts and i also used an old bolt in each thread prior to putting the block on to cut the crap out. Blew them out with air afterwards.

THERE IS NO FINAL TORQUE SETTING.
You have to accurately do the 2 torque stages, then the 2 90° stages. By the time you get to the angle bit, you will need a long bar and a proper angle gauge.
