They are pretty shit.

Year before last, I was paying into some phones4life thing where you're sposed to get a top notch upgraded phone after a year, it was £3.99 a month.

At the end of the year I asked what phone I could get and the bloke said I could have David Beckhams. When I found out it wasn't really his I was a bit pissed off.

ALSO, I could have got the same phone FREE on another network where I'd paid in nearly £50 over the year for an "upgraded upgrade". They said "yes but you get to keep your number if you stay with this" I said "I don't really care about this number as it's sh1t anyway"

I complained to various people and said I want my £48 back, they said no, so I told them to expect a CCJ [I'm a pedantic coont] for the money as I wasn't happy with the upgrade I'd been offered.

They eventually gave me 3 months free line rental and a better phone, fair play to them.

But they're still shit, the muppets that work on their helplines must be on 100% commission cos they never stop trying to sell you stuff.

I went over to 02 directly through their web and got a brilliant phone, the rentals cheaper, I don't get bombarded with a hundred weight of their sh1t through the post every month and I'm far more attractive to women now.

A bit of that was a lie.
