I just hate it when peeps criticise or slag off stuff they don't know the ins and outs of - and since I do know the ins and outs and behind the scenes stuff for this industry, I thought I'd impart some knowledge

RAC are, on the whole, a bunch of dicks (in my expiriences) but people are very quick to judge even when they don't know the score
