Default Spring rates for coilovers on 3dr sierra?
Hi to all,

I'm going to convert my yellow Koni adjustables into coilovers, but have no idea what spring rates I need to run. They are for a 3dr sierra, without front ARB(compression struts) and Escos rear ARB .
It is a 100% track car, so want stiff as possible ,without negative effects on the handling. Can somebody say more or less for what rates should I look for?
