And to do it properly with 4/5/6 stages after a good wash and drying, it WILL take you the ENTIRE day And it is a LOT of work, first time I did it, the next day I could hardly walk and my wrist cained

You certainly got your moneys worth, as I don't think I'd do it every day for £150
