easy.... rad and intercooler out, strip all suspension off, shafts and diff off, hang engine on crane, drop crossmember, lift her out. may have to get someone to lift the bonnet an extra inch when you pull it up over the front panel, so keep your chains short or the crane might not have enough lift.
